From Beginner to Advanced this program can do it all! Our Shooting Stars program follows the Cangym Program which was developed by Gymnastics Canada. This 14 level program covers all apparatus. Each class level is specifically designed to meet the needs of all our young gymnasts. We start with the basics and safety tips and as their confidence and abilities grow, so do the skills.

We strive to build self-confidence into the learning process. Your child will be encouraged by the success of mastering a skill. It is proven that children who are more physically challenged develop the “I can do it” attitude and are overall more healthy throughout their lives. All this while having fun too!
