Tumbling can improve your gymnastics, add to your dance abilities and certainly elevate your cheer level. The focus for Tumbling is learning flipping and acrobatic skills on the floor. Check it out with a trial class!
Levels 1-2 - Here you will learn Beginner Tumbling including somersaults, cartwheels, roundoffs and beginning walkovers.
Levels 3-4 - Here you will perfect your walkovers and start learning flips like handsprings and aerials.
Levels 5-6- Here you will perfect your backhandpspring and learn to connect them to roundoffs. Then you are off learning saltos, aerials, aerial fronts, whips and more!
